Salary Range: CA $21.50 - CA 26.50 per hour. commensurate with experience and education

Reports To: Base Engineer
 
Job Summary:
This position works in conjunction with team members in the Quality Assurance, Procurement and Stores Inventory, and Aircraft Maintenance Departments. The Parts, Shipping & Receiving Clerk is a liaison between the operational areas and helps to facilitate effective and efficient processes to reach the goal of excellence in data quality and inventory management. The incumbent ensures that the documentation requirements meet the standards set by SkyCare and Regulatory Authorities (TCCA).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  •  Perform daily shipping and receiving functions for aircraft parts, materials, and supplies.
  • Order, receive, organize, and maintain parts inventory to support maintenance and operational requirements.
  • Conduct quality audits of technical aircraft records, training records, and parts documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Scan, file, and electronically archive all related documentation in accordance with company standards.
  • Update and maintain records in AMS, Inventory Manager, and other computer-based maintenance tracking systems for all company-controlled aircraft and components.
  • Complete daily, periodic, and annual inventory audits to ensure accurate tracking and accountability.
  • Liaise with maintenance and quality teams to resolve documentation discrepancies or missing information.
 
Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Aviation Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in inventory or parts management, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Understanding of Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and related compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and comfort working with digital recordkeeping systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills with sound judgment on when to consult or escalate.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with a professional and team-oriented approach.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to obtain and maintain a satisfactory CPIC (Criminal Record Check).
