Salary: $23 – $27 per hour based on approximately 40 hours per week. Start rate will be commensurate with education and experience.   Salary progression based on merit. Hours may vary based on operational needs and requirements.

Job Summary & Responsibilities:
The Crew Coordinator position will report to the Supervisor - Flight Operations Admin, and work under the Flight Operations department, including the Chief Pilot and VP of Aviation Operations.
 
Responsibilities include:
· Manage onboarding process for new hires including hardware, uniform, schedule, and communication plans.
· Create and maintain a 1 year forward looking schedule and progression plan for Flight Department.
· Update and maintain monthly training and flight schedule, in conjunction with the SOCC and Flight Departments.
· Manage all incoming requests from crew in terms of schedule, training, relocation, etc.
· Manage and coordinate with SOCC on travel, accommodation, vehicle, and logistics for crews.
· Assist SOCC with day-to-day crewing requirements and Flight and Duty tracking.
· Assist in performance review coordination & career progression planning as required.
· Other administration duties, as needed. 
 
Qualifications:
· Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent work experience required.
· Education in Human Resources or Aviation Management (comparable experience), considered an asset.
· A strong commitment to Safety & Compliance.
· Experience working in a crew scheduling/staff coordination environment preferred.
· Previous aviation industry experience and familiarity with the Canadian Aviation Regulations are significant assets, but training is available.
· Self-motivated and self-directed with a desire to contribute to SkyCare’s success.
· Must be flexible and able to work overtime as necessary.
· Positive contributor to the SkyCare culture with great interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation

$23.00 - $27.00 per hour
