Tenure –Temporary (6 Months)

 

Location – Travel in and around our bases in St Andrews, Sioux Lookout and Thunder Bay as and when based on the projects.

 

Pay Rate – $32 to $36/hour

·      Your main responsibility will be to assist with various construction projects such as building new structures, repairing, and renovating existing structures, and general labor duties.

·      Install doors, windows, cabinetry, trim, molding, and other finishing touches with precision and attention to detail.

·      Perform repairs on existing structures and fixtures, including replacing damaged or worn components and addressing issues related to structural integrity.

·      Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on equipment including interior lighting, plumbing, electrical and building systems, drywall repair, painting and troubleshoot issues as required.

·      Perform carpentry and general fabrication tasks.

·      Perform setup and cleanup tasks at project site.

·      Adhere to safety protocols and regulations on job sites.

·      Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods

·      High school diploma or equivalent

·      2+ years' construction industry experience preferred.

·      Attention to detail and precision in executing tasks.

·      Valid Canadian driver's license
